Reservations Executive CIS & Worldwide
- Handles reservations request & queries from agents and clients and respond in a timely manner.
- Prepare itinerary and quotations as per the clients request.
- Liaise with hotels on accommodation or booking related concerns.
- Coordinate with concerned departments on client request (e.g. tours).
- Ensure that all request and bookings are updated in the system.
- Report related issues to the Head of Department for appropriate action.
